Lounge Bar

The ambitious, multi million dollar project has been developed by The Horizon Hotels Group, the initial opening stage of which is the Lounge Bar on the northern end of the podium. Here, interior design is by Matt Darwon, responsible for Sydney dining institutions, Toko and Jimmy Liks.

Darwon's signature style blends sophistication - where lighting plays a pivotal role - with an industrial edge. Diverse materials of opposing textures unite in balance. Moulded plastic with warm leather; diffused glass with chrome; rustic wood with polished stone. All interplay against the backdrop and buzz of Kings Cross by night, and what has become Sydney's number one club strip.
